Hi, I'm Heather! I'm so glad you're here and I can't wait to spend some time with you.
I know the struggle with food can be real. While, I've always loved to cook and had a fascination for health and wellness, those interest dwindled during my college years when I struggled with self-hatred and an eating disorder. As I pursued my relationship with Jesus (& myself) and began to right my mindsets and beliefs, I found emotional, spiritual, and physical healing.
My experiences and deep desire to help other women get healthy while loving themselves led me to the Integrative School of Nutrition, Klemmer leadership, and School of Seers, where I gained insights, tools, deeper spiritual understanding, and more freedom to share with you!
